Watch Out For The Crossfire In Beloit Wisconsin

Many years ago I lived in the city of Beloit on Wisconsin's southern border; I'm glad I moved north.
Today officers responded to the 300 block of Eighth Street around 1:27 a.m. and the 1500 block of Wisconsin Avenue around 2:47 a.m.

The same house on Wisconsin Avenue was struck Monday around 11:38 p.m. According to a police report, one bullet and several casings were recovered from the scene.

Around 11:39 p.m. Monday, officers went to the 1900 block of Pioneer Drive for a shots-fired complaint. Tyler said no evidence of gunfire was found in the area.
At 1:15 a.m. Saturday, Beloit officers responded to the 1000 block of Keeler Avenue because a house was struck by gunfire. Officers discovered several casings.
About two and half hours later, a car was struck by gunfire in the 700 block of Eighth Street. According to police reports, two bullets were found, along with a casing.

This sounds like a little heavier gunfire than the shooting in Iraq since the lull following the surge.
